Road tax in Denmark 2025
From 1 January 2025, a new kilometer-based and CO2-differentiated tax will be implemented in Denmark. This initiative aims to reduce CO2 emissions and support the green transition in the transport industry.
The tax will apply to most of the state road network and parts of the municipal road network. For

We have updated our price overview for national and international rates, divided into zones. All
prices are listed in DKK, and the toll charges will be listed separately on invoices. We have worked
on developing an optimal model for the new road toll. However, as this is a new surcharge, we
reserve the right to adjust zones and prices as necessary.
